Returns & Refunds Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a transparent and hassle-free return and refund process as outlined below.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, subject to the following conditions:

Eligible Items

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • Products must have original labels and tags intact

  • Return request must be raised within 2 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Products for which a return request is made after 7 days of delivery


Return Window

  • Returns must be initiated within 2 days from the date of delivery.

  • Once the return window expires, we will be unable to process any return or refund.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us
    Reach out to our customer support team at support@recoilsupps.in or call +91 99988 18499 with your order number.

  2. Return Authorization
    Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with return instructions.

  3. Pack Your Return
    Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and inserts.

  4. Free Pickup
    We will arrange a free return pickup from your address. Pickup details will be shared with you.

  5. Refund Processing
    Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.


Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment used at checkout.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.


Quick Return Promise

  • Return requests raised within 48 hours of delivery are prioritized for faster processing.


Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria.

  • Refunds are subject to inspection and approval by our quality team.

  • Shipping delays caused by courier partners are not grounds for refunds unless the product is lost or damaged.
