Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

We reserve the right to cancel or hold orders in case of incomplete address, failed verification, or suspected fraud.

Shipping Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on location

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed

Delays may occur due to:

  • Courier partner issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Operational or logistical constraints beyond our control

Such delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India only

  • Delivery availability depends on courier serviceability in your area

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on select pin codes only

  • We reserve the right to disable COD for high-risk locations or repeat offenders

  • Orders refused or undelivered under COD may lead to COD restrictions on future orders

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not liable for:

  • Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details

  • Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability

Re-shipping costs (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS / email

  • Tracking updates are subject to courier partner systems

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If an order is received damaged or tampered, the customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing images/videos

  • Claims raised after 24 hours will not be accepted

If the shipment is confirmed lost or damaged in transit, a replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion after verification.

Cancellations After Shipping

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped

  • Refusal at delivery for non-valid reasons may result in account restrictions
